The Symposium is open to all interested on completion of the registration form. Please note that on-line registration is the preferred method (which is opened on 1 April, 2005). If you are unable to register on-line, please use a form here (Word format) and send it by Fax to Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.

• SSSJ: The Surface Science Society of Japan.
• The Full Registration Fee includes the admission to all symposium sessions and exhibition, an abstracts book, publication of a proceeding paper, a Proceedings CD-ROM, and refreshments at short breaks.
• The Student Fee includes the same things except for the CD-ROM.
• The Accompanying Person Fee includes the admission to exhibition only and refreshments at short breaks.
• All participants including accompanying persons are cordially invited to Get-Together (Nov. 13) and Banquet (Nov. 15) by the Organizing Committee.
• If a registered non-member of SSSJ wants to subscribe the SSSJ membership of FY2006, he/she can subscribe it without payment of the membership fee of \9,000 (just by checking an item on the registration form). Then, you will receive SSSJ bulletins monthly from April 2006. (The bulletins are mainly written in Japanese.) This rule is applied to students , too.

Payment:

Payment of the registration fee and the hotel deposit (if you use a hotel researved by the organizing committee) should be made only in Japanese Yen by one of the following methods.

Cancellation:
Registrants cancelling on or before 1 October 2005 will receive a full refund minus a 20% administrative charge. No refunding after that.

You should receive confirmation of your booking through e-mail. If confirmation is not received, please contact Kinki Nippon Tourist Co. Ltd.
