Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT) has reserved rooms at hotels around the Symposium site. See Table below. For room reservation, you are requested to forward the completed Application Form (Word file) directly to KNT by October 14, 2005. You can do the same process on-line via our Web site. Reservation should be accompanied by the remittance of a hotel deposit. No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of the remittance. The reservations are processed on the first-come first-served basis. If all rooms in your selected hotel are fully booked, you will be assigned a room in a hotel as close as possible to your choice. You will receive the confirmation e-mail from KNT after the deadline of application. The rates are per person per night including breakfast; a tax will be added to your bill. Please note that these rates are subject to change.
